I received a phone call from a City Council person today. A copy of the HFC submission was received today. It will have been two weeks tomorrow since I submitted it to the City Secretary. Apparently, a discussion on the topic of creating a Housing Finance Corporation will be held during a work session on April 4.
I hope they don't ask each other many questions. There won't be many in the room that have many answers. The experts apparently haven't been called in to share information and provide answers..........even tho It is free. Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant.
