Some have asked why I don't offer what I think are solutions to Rowlett's real estate growth problems, if any. If you would go all the way back to my first post, I tell why. My job here isn't to tell you what to do. That's your job. My job here is simply to get you to ask "Why" a lot. The more you ask "Why," the more you will get answers, or see a demonstration of how to avoid answers. Those are the only two possible responses. Even, "I don't know" is a definitive answer. It's when they pretend to know, and really don't know, is when you get the demonstration. That's when it gets interesting and fun. At that point, you would have made judgment on some of "officialdom" and you will have taken an interest in Rowlett. You will have become active in thought processes of promoting a positive great future for Rowlett. We don't need you to do what I say. We need you to love Rowlett like I do. You'll figure out the rest.
