If it's the 52 acre site, why the new discussion behind closed doors? Council has denied approval for development twice. One of the main arguments against development was some idea that a credit card service center might be interested in the land. That was pretty much contrived hogwash. Another reason for denial was to save the land for office and warehouse development. Of course, that is without any evidence that a market for office and warehouse even exists. I think it was someone's opinion that it existed. Some city slicker out of Denver thought so.
